Hebrews 11
1Now faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen.

You can use the article of faith to get what you want and to achieve what you want as long as it is not to covet. Don't try to use faith to get someone else house or someone else husband or wife, boyfriend or girlfriend. Don't try to use faith to get someone else job or position.
There are plenty of houses for sale; there are plenty cars for sale and there are people hoping and praying that you buy them. However don't use foolishness and call it faith. Otherwords, keep from getting into debt over your head, saying the lord will provide.
Take a lesson from history. It is by faith that Barack Obama is running for president of these united states. It was by faith that Patrick Deval ran for governor of Massachusets and won. It was by faith that Martin Luther King led a bus boycott in Montgomery Alabama and got their grievances met. As the gospel song goes, "we came this far by faith, leaning on the Lord, trusting in his every word, he never fail me yet'.
Romans 10:17
So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
Hearing comes by the word. We have ears, but ears is not our hearing; our ears are the receptacle that receives hearing. So that when we hear, it is the word that hears.
Now sight is also by the word. Our eyes is not our sight; our eyes receive sight.

We walk by faith as well as sight, otherwise, the blind will be leading the blind.
Patience is a virture. After deciding what it is that you want. Your thought is your seed; plant it. Then wait with patience for the manifestation of your desire.
You seen your goal, you visualized it. You took aim. You reached your goal. Now the victory is yours, so celebrate!
